SEO - Improve Organic Listing on Google

I have a website that sells childrens hair accessories in Australia. I am currently on the 1st page of google organically for a couple of my keywords - but I wish to improve my position to Number 1 or two organically. I also have 3 other keywords which I would like to use to appear on the first page of google organically. I am after an expert to create a report on what I need to do to make the above happen. You are only required to create the report, I will do the actually work.. Report needs to be detailed and written in plain english - not techincal jargon so that it can be easily understood.
