Social network E commerce.

I need an unlimited shopping cart e commerce solution for a social network at www.FestivalChannel.com. I would like to give my "Members" the ability to sell there products, and manage buyers, payments, taxes, and shipping independent of www.festivalchannel.com. A default link "Home" should be on every (sellers page) shopping cart taking buyers back to the "Members" profile page. Products posted by all users (sellers) should be displayed on a page by catagory with links to that product. I will need to be able to mange sellers by "suspending" there accounts for none payment, or "cancel/delete" accounts for miss use of the service. [login to view URL] should be able to charge a monthly subscription fee for unlimited number of products and/or a percentage commission of sales for each product sold. The Festival Channel banner should persist on every page.
