I want you to program my help application for gemcutter. Not a complicated software tool. Here's the skill you need:
--> play a video file
--> cut, clip, crop
--> Extract specific frames (~ 10 frames)
--> Extract points on the picture
--> Apply special coding (I'll provide eventually)
--> Write a file in ascii
--> Software must include standard registration key protection.
I need a good programmer, can be in the programming language you want.
