I am looking for a web designer who will be able to develop a videco centred business directory integrated with social media, google maps, cellphone compatibility etc.

Please see the attached documents for an idea of the concept that I'm looking for. It is important that the site will be search engine optimized and be able to be able to be integrated for advertising later.

It is important that the site is sleek and stylish but simple, uncomplicated, UNCLUTTERED design!!!
