Description

I need a CREATIVE ARCHITECT to help me with the layout of the ground floor of my house.
I can give you the four walls and roughly where I want the different rooms. The windows and doors can not change as this has been appoved for planning permission. I then need you to do a creative floor plan layout of the ground floor. If I am happy with you we will then do the second floor etc.
I am attaching the proposed layout for the ground floor which i want changed. I need everything in FEET -- not meters so each room should just show the length and width in feet so I can see it. The stairs to the basement will be gone. You need to be able to chat by IM so we can get this done FAST. thanks

I would be happy to work with you on this project. I am an experienced architectural designer, and a competent 3d site, terrain, and landscape modeller. You can visit my website at www.4dgraphics.us for more information and some samples of my work. I can also provide you with some recent floorplans I have completed for other clients. For your project, I would build the entire house in Chief Architect, based on plans that you furnish. This way, the 3d model would be ready for further adjustments if you should need the second floor done also. Once the model is built we can take views from any vantage point. I can also furnish the interior with appropriate furnishings to give you a better sense of the spaces. I would be happy to discuss the project further with you at your convenience. Thank you
