System Design Engineer RBS

Are you a passionate RBS system design engineer, looking for a new and interesting project?

Since early 2000 we have supported our clients on a vast number of projects, all over the world.
Our consultant pool consist of Swedish and non Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded
systems telecommunication, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for
new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

As an RBS engineer within one of the major telecommunication companies in Sweden, you will
work on system level (system management) and be technically responsible in the development of
a Radio Base Station product. You will take an overall responsibility for the product during studies,
execution and release. You will perform technical investigations together with personnel from the
different system teams, identify requirements change requests, propose system solutions, perform
trouble report analysis, support verification and update system documents/customer product

Requested competence (please make sure this is documented in your CV)
? Telecommunications design background
? Technical knowledge from Radio Base Stations
? Experience of telecommunication system management and/or system integration
? Solid experience of HW system design
? Candidates must be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to
manage their own time and workload, proactive and motivated.
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
? University degree or above in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent

Start: within 2-6 weeks, or when your current contract allows.
Duration: 12-24 months in site in Sweden, with a high probability for extensions.
Extent: Full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Compensation: 34 000 - 38 000 SEK , depending on qualifications. In addition, normal overtime is
paid with 383 SEK / hour for every worked hour above 40 hours per week (based on an example
salary of 36 000 SEK). In cases of a special position or a extraordinary competence level we
can offer a higher salary and some additional benefits such as travels and company car. About
30% goes in taxes. Governmental pension plan (amounts to ~18% of salary and paid via the tax
deduction), five weeks paid vacation per year, iPad or laptop (maximum cost 1000 USD), mobile
phone with data plan subscription, priority medical care insurance, health insurance, income
insurance, work liability insurance, language course support and all the other structural benefits
from working in Sweden.
