Project Description:
Seeking an English and Portuguese speaking customer service representative. The ideal candidate is efficient and proactive in completing tasks, flexible and is able to work with minimal supervision. You will be dealing with customers via live chat and email. Candidate will work from home, thus he/she must have access to a Windows-powered computer, high-speed internet, and the basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Main responsibilities:
- Customer support via live chat and email
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Social media marketing
- Translations
- Additional tasks assigned by your manager

Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Quick learner
- Ability to work full time, 5 days per week, including weekends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
- Be able to use multiple PC programs at one time
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team member

Salary: $500 per month. Quarterly reviews. Bonuses.
