Project Description:
I operate pest control companies. My sales staff must fill out a carbonless treatment proposal. I would like to convert this to a pdf that the necessary areas could be easily filled in, printed right from the service vehicle and handed to the client. At the moment this is a three page state approved document that if possible I need to be recreated in electronic format that when printed would mirror the paper document we currently have approved with the state.
