- Self motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Typing skills
- Strong web applications skills and ability to navigate thru several programs to find answers quickly
- Strong Microsoft word and excel skills
The tasks you will be performing will be:
- Tracking packages to make sure they are delivered to customers.
- Clerical and data entry work as assigned
- Take inbound calss/email/chat find answers and communicate with prospective buyers
- Create shipping labels
- Data inputing into excell spreadsheets.
-Verifying Orders are valid and not fradulent.
-Talking to customers and confirming orders and shipping information.
The ideal candidate will be and have:
- Woman between ages of 25 to 35
- College education
- Previous experience working as a VA
- Experience with Fedex, Excel, Google Voice
-Excellent newer model computer
-Excellent internet connectivity
We are looking for one initial candidate for immediate start. The hours will be 8 hours per day from 8:30am to 5:30pm US Eastern Time, Monday-Saturday.
