We have an immediate need for a Data entry/Administrative assistant/Customer service jobs with Microsoft Office skills, and some experience with answering a multi-line phone system to assist our staff in Admin duties. The Data entry/Administrative assistant/Customer service/Accounting Clerk job position will start part-time (25-30 hours) going to full-time, in 3 weeks (40 hours). Primary Responsibilities: - Gathering, compiling, tracking and reporting on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources. - Assisting with mailings, courier service, Federal Express shipping and deliveries. - Reviewing drafts and finished documents for correct formatting. - Providing copying, scanning and printing functions for documents and drawings. - Assisting with maintenance of the filing system, updating databases, tracking and processing submittals, correspondence, meeting minutes, monthly reports, and specifications - Coordinate meeting arrangements, including establishing meeting dates and times, arranging meeting locations, and notifying attendees. Accounting Manager, Accounting Payroll Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Book keeping, Clerical Admin, Customer Service, Data Entry, Executive Assistant, Finance and Accounting , Medical Biller/Coding , Receptionist and Front desk , Typist Clerk and Management.
