Needed: A developer who possesses good communication and project management skills, who has experience working with MS Access 2010 and MS SharePoint 2010, and who can make him or herself available to work and/or communicate during US business hours. We have three Excel spreadsheets that we need converted into a relatively simple Access database, to be hosted in SharePoint. Developer will be responsible for creating all tables, data relations, forms, reports, and queries. Database needs to allow for tracking of jobs that are currently in process for a specific client, as well as historical jobs that have already been completed for said client. We track a variety of information on each job, (approximately 52 fields), including several note fields. We will need the ability to sort and filter based upon these factors. Database will need a simple form to allow users to enter individual job data, and a simple dashboard to allow users to produce standard reports, filter job data, etc. Ability to import/export data to and from Excel is a must. Database must allow for concurrent use by multiple users. Application must work on both Mac and PC platforms.
