Track customer home loan applications though the different stages
The goal is to have a easy to use and display file that give you updated information at a glance without heaps of information which is hard to read, and make tracking customers loans easy for us and customer.
Customer details data will be entered manually by hand.
Different types of loans have different approximate completition times. (we will provide the amount of weeks needed)
e.g. when I update the type of loan of the application on the excel sheet
It should on the main sheet display automatically:
an approx completion date for the loan in the customer details
It should also list the required documents required for the customer to provide (this info will be give to u) in the customer details or provide the correct link to a pdf file depending on the loan type.
Example Customer details:
Full Name, App #, comments field, progress updatable field, radio buttons to select different products sold to the customer, type of loan, appointment time for sign up etc...full details will be provided for all fields required for successfull bidder
The excel file needs to have an easy to use display (not standard excel) GUI which makes updating status, detail, commenting easy, to allow to see on main sheet everything in a easy to read format per customer.
Should also have a prinable page with a snap shot of all customers general info sheet.
The sheet needs to have the abilty to store and track large amounts of customer applications.
