- The project was designed in 2009
- The project is designed to emulate the architecture of the old buildings in Iran
- The land is located in North of Iran
- Dimensions of the ground is 94m*80m (Equivalent 80944 square foot)
- The employer had intended to build a multipurpose hall, small shopping center and cafe
- It was supposed to design a walkable area to decrease the enjoyable landscape
- The public parking was placed on the East and West side of the site
