I require someone with mid level MS access skills who can assist in designing, and then develop an access database, with the following functionality;
1. Single (generic) user input form - preferably with an inbuilt workflow (so that if Step 1 or 2 are not successful, user does not need to see all fields - this is not a mandatory requirement if MS Access cannot do this)
2. Basic calculations for debt repayment schedule, that calculates amount owing, additional future charges, timeframe, number of payments, expected payment amount, etc
3. Single output form, that features mail merge so that users can print off a standardised letter based on the contents of each record
This will be a shared workbook, across a team of 6 to 7 users, with approximately 5 records to be processed each day, for no more than the next 2 years.
