EXCEL SPREADSHEET: basic add/subtract to create URLs

Project Description:
User will enter a URL that ends in a numeric number. Spreadsheet will create 500 sequential URLs by adding (+1) and subtracting (-1) to the original URL.

Example: if original URL is www.exampleonly.com/1000 then the spreadsheet will simply create active URLs from www.exampleonly.com/750 to www.exampleonly.com/1250

Spreadsheet must then go to each one of those URLs, copy two sections of text from each URL and paste the results in the spreadsheet. This action must be done automatically by the spreadsheet and browser. Manual copy/paste is not an option. Spreadsheet must work in both PC and Mac environments. Firefox is the preferred browser that should be used by Excel to retrieve the needed information.
