Excel Time Clock

Hello all, Looking for someone who will help me with attached spreadsheet; We are a non for profit organization and our payroll have setup this spreadsheet to record peoples time and attendance. Unfortunately lots of people don't feel comfortable with this spreadsheet and they are constantly messing up formulas, as well as more than 50% don't really know how to use it properly so they are just not using it, hence creating nightmare for payroll.... We need to use current spreadsheet, it cannot be changed or altered as Payroll software relies on exact data from this spreadsheet. My solution and what I need your assistance with is to create "Front of the House" for this spreadsheet; I have attached spreadsheet (General, the way I would like it to be) with mockup of front "app" and original spreadsheet... If you Google "Employee Time Card Software" or "Employee clock in software" you will see lots of different interfaces.... And if you can make it look prettier than my mock up please go ahead! : ) Main thing is it needs to be KISS; Start of working day - Start Day Lunch Break - On Break Return to work - Off Break End of the day - Finish Day All this actions need to be recorded on "Timesheet" in appropriate rows / columns as that is the sheet that is submited to Payroll... "Allowances and Adjustments Please Specify" also needs to be accessible to employee in case he needs to be reimbursed for mileage / phone cost / sleep over... Again, it also needs to be recorded on Timesheet. Hope this all makes sense so far... Finally, "Timesheet" needs to be protected so employees cannot adjust their own time if there is a mistake or if they forgot to log in / out.... There should be admin access to Timesheet so in case of mistake manager / supervisor / team leader can unlock it and make the necessary changes...
