Word Cloud in Excel 2007

I have a list of names, of which I can sort by unique, then countif to see how many times they occur in the list.
PROJECT - I want to create a wordcloud, ideally within MS Excel, to demonstrate how many times each name appears. Ideally multicoloured (but it's OK if this is done by hand at the end!), ideally the end result looks like a cloud (but it's OK if you have to drag the results around the screen to form the cloud), but it is mandatory the results are sized according to occurance (e.g. the name that appears the most is biggest, down to the name that appears the least is smallest).
This code must be usable on MS Excel 2007 and unlikely to cause any security software to consider it hostile.
