This project is for a bit of customization of a wordpress ecommerce plugin wpecommerce
The site is a summer camp wordpress website, where users can apply online
If applying online users will be directed to an online form, where they enter their personal info, answers some questions and checkout with paying a deposit in advance of camp

Features and requirements
1) Form for camp with all fields on this page should functional http://tinyurl.com/y958kbs online application should match pdf application but needs drop downs, radio buttons, checkboxes can/should be used where applicable , obviously 1 or 2 elements not necessary see niceform image for descriptive image
2) Checkout using wp commerce – authorize.net plugin ( all built in)
3) Upon checkout, user should have option of paying either $300 application fee, full fees, a custom payment (300 or above) or $300 application plus recurring billing for the remaining balance
4) The ability for admin to add more forms for other events that need pre registration - this should be an option that backend admin staff should be capable of managing - inc items mentioned in point 3.
