Wordpres Loop Job for Flashraj only

1. In sidebar on Work Page show only the subcategory posts for the 'Work' Category
2. Default Work Page should show 'work text and last 3 posts that were posted in work
3. On sidebar of Journal page show only subcategories of 'Blog' Category
4. Default Journal Page should show 'journal' text plus last 3 posts from 'Blog' catgory
5. The Blogroll/bookmark links and search bar should only appear in the sidebar on the 'journal' area of the site.
6. In sidebar of all other pages (that are not journal or work) have code in sidebar:
