Project Description:
Looking for a custom wordpress template. Please look at the picture I attached to this Project for details and layout function. The picture is the way I want the page to look and act like. Don't confuse this with a wordpress theme.I want to be able to use with any wordpress theme... instead of creating blog post pages. I want to have these custom pages created. Which is why I am calling it a template.
If your new to building wordpress themes, do not bid. I am looking for someone who can do this with ease. This should be no problem for any wordpress dev.
Terms of project:
Developer is responsible for achieving desired goal. If you don't know how to use your brain or imagine how to achieve what the image attached shows, please don't waste my time. I don't like hand holding. I use the figure it out method...
Unlimited revisions until I am satisfied with the layout and functionality. There should be no wordpress code hacking to get this template to work properly. I will pay 50% upfront at start of project and the remaining balance once project is finished. Any additional expenses must be explained upfront with developer bid. Any additional expenses need by the developer once project has started will be the responsibility of the winning bidder/developer.
Note: before your bid will be considered you must provide a clear explanation of how you will not only execute this project, but how you plan to achieve the desired layout and functionality of the template. (This is my way of sifting through those who are weak at wordpress development.)

Dear Alohasolutions,
I want to clarify... I am not looking for this design to be my theme. I want to be able to use any wordpress and when I create a new post page... wordpress creates a page looking like the layout in the image.
So, the theme and the template will not look the same. Are you understanding that?
What functions will the user have to use custom fields like to generate the map, video, banner image, optin section?over 2 years ago

I looked at the picture and I think this layout very nice!
our flow when develop this project:
1. Get the design (PSD,...) From you and sclin to HTML then confirm ==> 0.56 day
2. Install wordpress and plugins for this project! => 2 hours
3. Build the template. => 1 day
4. Test and complete => 0.5 day!
