We are looking at amending an existing WordPress blog.We have a requirement where the navigation bar should appear in the HTML/PHP code after the content . CSS should be used to re-position the Nav.bar on the top of the page.
The nav bar should pick up dynamically some categories Based on a criteria that is including the sub-categories
Additional changes : To panel of the blog we wanted to only display one post category (feature)
