Project Description:
This is a time sensitive project. If you cannot work the amount of hours needed to make this happen within the duration, please do not bid. If you do not complete the work within the specified time for the requirements below, it will not be paid. So please be careful when bidding.Requirements:
1. Must be familiar with Basketball and the rules of basketball.
2. Must be able to design professional looking site.
3. Must complete project within 8 days from acceptance of bid.
5. Must have experience building statistical tables.
6. Experience with google analytics and adsense.
Project Requirements:
1. Build a website that has a Home Page, Forums Page, Blogs Page and Stats page. Adsense and Analytics will be implemented to each of these pages. I can provide an example of what the content will be on the pages, but fairly basic.
2. There will be another tab called voting, which will be a voting mechanism. This is an engine that would need to be developed. I will need an administrative page, in which I can upload files to (the web server). When the files are uploaded in a zip, the file is unzipped and the file names are parsed. The filenames will need to be parsed and inserted into a database based on their values. There will also be a spreadsheet that will upload additional details for a game. (For example, I will provide a video of a portion of the game, the filename will indicate the details of that portion. It will be parsed an uploaded as a piece of a game). I will then also be recording full game statistics that I will be providing in an Excel spreadsheet. This will need some sort of mechanism to pick up on the details from Excel.
3. The statistics from #2 will need to be processed via a cronjob (tally and aggregate function). Once compelted, it will help populate the statistics for the game.
The engine will be fairly complex and will require thinking and significant experience with baskebtall. If you do not have this background, please do not apply.

I am leaving this message to warn you about someone who bid on this project (Onenonly) Abdullah.
Abdullah was contracted by my website over a month ago (we paid half up from for project).
Not only did Abdullah fail to deliver the project at 100% he never came close to a deadline. He also randomly disappeared
from communication.
After finally getting in contact with Adbullah (a month after awarding him a job he promised in 7-10 days) He demanded the
remaining balance before delivering full product (which was not our agreement). He claimed multiple "emergencies" to explain
his absence but we saw him actively bidding on other projects during this time. He also jacked up the price from what we originally discussed
After losing communication we started receiving errors on our website. Abdullah had been hacking into our site and causing errors that
would make our site damaged. He then emailed us demanding money to stop.

Abdullah wanted us to pay him for a project he never completed or even came close to completing. We are confident he would have taken the money and run.
Avoid this person in your bid selection!! He will be extremely late (if he delivers the project at all) and is not above blackmailing or extorting money.
