I need a simple plugin built in wordpress that i can easily create a single landing opt-in page.

Just like creating a post or a page in wordpress, this plugin will have the ability to create multiple mini squeeze page that has it’s own unique page to the site.

It needs to be in a template form. It needs it needs to have several different frames inside the landing page to be changed:

Header
Headline
Colors
Opt-In Box
Video/Copy/Graphics
Footer

Please see the attached picture for an example.

Features:
Dashboard of pages created
POP up Gallery of graphics to choose from
Ability to upload your own graphics into that gallery
Redirect to a thank you page after opt-in
Tracking of how many people come to that page internally
The ability to insert 3rd party tracking into that page if wanted
How many people opted into the page
Preview of what was created before you save it.

For Opt-InNeeds to work with: Infusionsoft,Aweber, Getresponse And Mail Chimp and the ability to add other 3rd party autoresponder.

I have the graphics already done for you, just need you to build the plugin.
