pls see attached - it a very simple design - pls see attached Home Page.doc

#1 - logo as per attached
#2 - 468x60 banner spot
#3 - search box and text below that "FAQ" with a hyperlink to page made in Wordpress called FAQ.
# 4- drop down box *** this is for later when this company launches in a few cities in the US - so ignore for now.
# 5- this nav is on the left side, this will be the main nav that should be changable in the admin area like standard top nav is regularly.
#6 - I wanted to setup a rotating image - like the one in many wp themes
#7 - Countdown javascript that is already done
#8 & #9 are images that are hyperlinked to specific pages - pls use space holder if I don't send you the final images for these spots.
#10 - I just need the code to display the 3 boxes and they will have and image that will link to youtube video or fla
#11 - I just need the spot here - I will place a poll for user to click there.
#12 - standard footer links, these will be linked to each page ( I can do this part)

I've included the logo to match site colours, they want a site that's mostly white with the blue from the logo to be the other site colour. The site is a GPS marketing company so they want a clean and simple site. like the designs of these sites - http://gigaom.com/ is the best and then http://mozillalabs.com/ which makes boxes and font look easy to read. With a left and right sidebar.
