Need Script Similar to Mangafox.com, OneManga.com websites

Project Description:

We're looking for an individual or a group who can code a website like mangafox.com and onemanga.com but with a unique design . We would prefer someone with experience and who has a lot of imagination. XHTML PHP SQL coder needed .
The script should also have a CMS(Drupal preferred) to allow me to:

***MOST IMPORTANT***
* allow me to change the hostname of all images where they are located with one click.
* add notices in some mangas,
* add/edit/delete/manage mangas(you call them comic books, not 'comics').
* scrape complete manga series(also add the images in our server and edit the link to them to point to our server) from Mangafox and Onemanga by specifying url of the series like http://www.onemanga.com/Ushio_and_Tora/ .
* be able scrape individual chapters from both MangaFox and OneManga on providing the chapter url located on OneManga or Mangafox like http://www.onemanga.com/Ushio_and_Tora/117/ . It should show an option to select the "series" to which the chapter should be added.

***IMPORTANT***
* We also want for uploaders to have their own accounts and be able to upload the manga on our server. The admins should be able to approve these uploads before they appear on the site. Make sure to include the word 'prnvirdt' in your PM or bid, otherwise your bid will be automatically disqualified.

* We also want a new layout of the design made. The script should also allow to include PHP functions to show things like latest manga, etc. and should be adsense friendly!

* There should be category/taxonomy support like in onemanga.com and mangafox.com .
* The urls should be SEO friendly.
