Here is the rules:

- Thumbnail Ready
- 125 X 125 Ready
- Footer Encrypted ( Premium with Function.php so users can't decode and remove links )
- Theme Options
- SEO Friendly

You MUST have experience in template design and you can create so called Premium templates. I don't accept and will not pay for just blank page with one or two colors in it. But they have to be simple designed, smooth and functional. NO OVER-DEIGNED and slow rendering templates will be accepted.

You can use copy/paste functionality, but change some colors, pictures, interface to make them look 100% legit. Don't discover new America, just improve existing things.

You can use your existing engine(s) for themes administrator panel. Or you MUST know how to create one.

You have to show your portfolio. I will not review any bid without portfolio.

I will pay you for each template. So Give me prices for ONE PREMIUM TEMPLATE.
