I am looking to collate a large library of business templates (business plans, employment contracts, profit and loss, website terms and conditions etc) for UK users. There are thousands of templates that are available online either free of charge or for a fee, I need someone who can find as many as possible, download them, zip them up and deliver them to me digitally. The task is quite time consuming and I am too busy with other tasks hence I have chosen to outsource it.
There are a few important points:
1. The templates need to be editable so Word format makes the most sense
2. They do not have to necessarily come from the UK but they MUST be relevant to the UK as that's where users will be
3. Lastly, as mentioned, there are many free and paid-for resources (eg. SimplyDocs, Docstoc, Monster Templates, Google Docs etc), all of which I am happy for you to use so long as you ensure that the source allows the documents to be used for commercial purposes including their resale.
If you choose to pitch for this project you will need to collate potentially hundreds of templates from all over the web. I would need them all together in a single zip file with the title of each document being descriptive so that I can categorise them (see below). I don't need to know which site(s) files came from, just that you have ensured they can be used; this will be down to you to ensure as it will be completely impossible for me to check afterwards.
I am ideally looking for the types of document attached but anything business related can probably be used and categorized by me.
The naming convention should very simply be that the name of the file is the type of document eg: a business plan template would be saved as BusinessPlan.doc.
