Air CMS system

Hello, this project was poster previously like a desktop application. But now I'm looking for Adobe Air solution based. Need the most simple CMS possible. Must be a desktop application running under Windows and if your are able Mac version too. Must include a WSYIWYG HTML editor. Could accept other languajes, not Java. Main features: -Add, edit, delete pages -Add, edit, delete menu and submenu entries. Several different menu areas. Allow link menu entry with pages -Upload and delete pictures -Integrated FTP to allow update remote contents Optional -Simple picture editing -Multisite management We will use some already existing web CMS to follow same principles like LightNEasy, sNews, Pluck or we create our own.
