Project Description:
Need a custom Flash video player/analyzer with 2 modes:

Analyze Mode
An MP4/H.264 video is loaded from a URL (provided by embedded flashvar, or to be loaded through the "Load Video" screen, explained below), and
the user should be able to drag/scrub the playhead back and forth to view the videos, or step forward and backward frame by frame using the arrow controls on their keyboard. It will also need controls for zooming and panning to specific areas of the videos.

Comparison Mode
A second MP4/H.264 video can be loaded from a URL ( loaded through the "Load Video" screen, explained below) and displayed side by side with the initially loaded video from Analyze Mode, each with their own playback controls. Not all videos will be the same duration/size/orientation.

Analysis (Revisions)
Each video loaded for analysis can contain multiple analysis from other users. For example, Video1 might contain 3 analysis from 3 different users. Each "Analysis" consists of the User's name that created it, the date of the analysis, a PNG image of their drawings (see Drawing Controls below), and notes about the video (see Notes below). There will be a dropdown box to the left of the controls window where the viewing user can switch between the available analyses, or modify their own analysis. They should only be able to modify their own analysis, and drawing/edit controls should be grayed out (disabled) when viewing other users' analysis.

Drawing Controls
When viewing videos in Analyze or Compare modes, the user will be provided a series of drawing controls which can be used to draw lines and circles (from colors from a pre-set list) over the video as an overlay. These will include geometric shapes and freehand. Each "stroke" should be saved in such a way that the user can "Undo" each line/shape in the history, back to where they started. There will also be a "Clear" option, to erase all drawings. Once done drawing, the overlay(s) can be uploaded as transparent PNG images to a web service. The drawing overlay will remain static as the video plays underneath it. When switching from Analyze to Compare modes (and vice versa),any existing drawing layers should be retained.

Notes
With each analysis being saved, there will be a side-panel for notes that accompany the drawings. The user can view previous notes, or add their own.

Load Video
A web service will be used to fetch a list of available videos to play, and return data including Title, Time, Thumbnail Image (url), and MP4 video (url). The Load function will trigger a popup window to browse available videos retrieved from this webservice, and load the MP4 into the player when selected. There will be 3 options for this:

1) My Videos (a list of the user's own videos)
2) Friend's Videos (a list of the user's friends, with their avatars. When a friend is selected, that user's videos are shown)
3) Pro Videos (a list of videos provided by the service to all users)

Design / Interface
Wireframes are attached below, and final interface designs will be provided, along with necessary artwork when the project begins.

Files
On completion, we will require all source FLA/AS files, along with any external libraries or files used to successfully build the SWF.
