531239 simple flash counters in dynamic text fields

I need a simple counter that will display in a dynamic text field. I will use it with three different text fields. Ex: One will count from 0 to 31000 in 4 seconds then stop. One from 0 to 945. Fla file is already done, I just have to add these fields and script. I need it fast. Thanks
