its similar to this, but different in the way flash will work, you can see USA flag on left and globe on right, this is just example of similar concept,
but we wants setup a little different, instead of US flag, we wants two globes, one on each side(one left one right), then below the flash, there will be 2 drop down boxes, which users can click and make selection, the options to select will be countries on each box (from A to Z). so for example:
if user select Albania on first box, the globe on left side will spin to europe and open map of albania. (open exact country map - this is option 1)
The when user selects China on second box, globe on right will spin and open map of China. then line will be draw from globe on left to globe on right ( just like in link as http://www.vonics.com/vonics/index.jsp ).
the two boxes will with same countries, including all countries in the world.
its for calling card website, selling calling cards, so, same destinations
plus each country may have 2 or 3 listings, example (China Fix, China Mobile, China-Shanghai), so this is a lot, but if you can do it, we will like to get quote for it.

OPTION 2:
We can make work easier, instead of globe spinning and opening exact country map, it can just spin to continent and line can be draw from country on gloabe A to country on globe B without opening exact country map.
so for example: If some one chose Canada on first box, the globe A will spin to North America Map; and if they chose China in second box, globe B will spin to Asia Map, then line will line position on Canada on North America Map to position of China on Asia Map, without opening exact country map.

so this are two options.

(open exact country map - this is option 1)
(not open exact country map - this is option 2)
We need price quote for option 1 and 2

Plus: After two countries are linked, then above then the next thing will be display of rate. i.e. rate per minute for phone call, so link from Canada to china, then on the map of China it will show 10c per minute (for example)
right next to it will also show "Order" or "Bur Now" button. if use click on order or buy, then it take them to order form which is integrated to backend using API scripts.
