Complete existing Video Chat app in Flash AS3

Hi, I am looking for someone experienced in Actionscript 3, FMS and AMFPHP who can complete our video broadcast & chat app. This Video chat app will be used by models and clients in different modes like Free, Private, Fantasy and One-on-one. There isn't much work involved as we already have the basic version ready. Here is what we need to do: 1. Implement AMFPHP. (We already have the php class file ready) 2. Implement the different modes as mentioned above. 3. Change the design a bit. Explanation of the different modes: Free Mode: Model broadcasts for free. All registered users can login and choose to see the model and chat with her. Private Mode: A Paid user having enough $$ in account can request a private access to the model. Once model accepts, all other users get kicked out and the user can chat and view model in private. Other users can also join in provided they have $$ in account. Fantasy Mode: Similar to private mode. The cost per minute would be higher and only 1 other user can join. One on One mode: Only 1 user can chat with the model. Here even the model will be able to see the users cam. For all the paid modes, we will charge the user per minute. So the Flash app has to send a request to our AMFPHP class every minute and we will do the deduction of the $$. If you would like to see our basic video chat version, I can show in PMB.
