Experienced Flash Media Server Developer Needed

Project Description:
We have a scaled flash media server (FMS2&3) based comercial video/audio chat service running, but it seems the program itself is not very stable. We want somebody with very high knowledge in this area:

Flash media server performance tunning;
At least 3 years FMS scripting knowledge;
Network TCP/UDP packet performance analysis and tuning;
Experience in Video/Audio high quality chat software design.

You don't need to do any programming or scripting job, the software is already there, we only need your consulting service.

Just let us know if you are qualified, don't try to bid if you have no or little idea what is going on. Don't try to bid if you only heard about this sort of things.
