Streaming to Icecast server with Adobe Flex application

Project Description:
I own a server with Centova cast (http://www.centova.com/pages/cast/) installed. In it are released radios with Icecast (http://www.icecast.org/).

I would like to stream audio to icecast server to an application made in Adobe Flex or Adobe Air

I'm looking for someone who makes an application to transmit direct application built with adobe adobe flex or air to an icecast server. Should transmit MP3 files and audio from the microphone of the client.

I will pass a bill on a server with Icecast for the programmer to write the tests. And like the application with source code that send to this server with Icecast.

This solution may be using wonza, red5 or fms too. As long as a server with 2GB memory and dual core support 5000 simultaneous listeners.
