Project Description:
Hello
I need a good designer to design and build a Flash map of a region in France.
This is simple flash. Don't get confused with advanced interactive maps like google map. This is a simple hover/scrollable flash.
The map will display dots and names for the cities in that region. Each city is clickable and will open a page that is out of the scope of this project. Links will be provided for each city
On mouse over, the dot and the name of the city should zoom a little.
The Map would have the following features:
- zoom in/out
- scrollable
