Project Description:
We are looking for a flash designer to create flash animation to attract users at our Japanese e-learning school. This animation will have a story of Ten Ox Herding Pictures (Togyu-zu in Japanese) in the tradition of Zen Buddhism. We prefer Japanese flash designer. Or, we would like to find a flash designer who understand the concept of the story.
Examples of the photos that I like are attached here. I would like the designer to design the characters and the figures similar to the examples and add colors to the animation.
I will send bidders links to see more photos of Togyu-zu that I like.

This is a banner type of animation, not a video animation.
This animation is to guide a user to next page when the user clicks a link. Probably, this animation would take 30 sec to 1 min.
We are looking for a designer who can work on this type of animation under USD $50.00.
