Flash Customizable Avatar and site upgrades

Im the owner of [url removed, login to view] its a flash game website

I would like a flash Avatar something like this [url removed, login to view] of course better i don't want just a copy

I would like at least 15-20 items per each categorie( jewlewry , shirts , pants,armor,weapons etc )

5 items will be free for users and the rest they need to be purchased

It will be great if you can create in the admin panel a customizable workshop for ites ( so after the first items created me or my admins can create new items easily

i need a money conversion system from money to points

All of that can be managed in the admin panel.

i would like some minor changes in my website template ( some 3d flash buttons for home , forum etc )

The categorie box on the homepage i would like to change it up a little bit and make it look better and maybe instead of barb wire around the boxes something else that brings it up and it more clear

I would like the user to be able to edit their profile ( choose what color .... where do the boxes in his profile go etc )

You need to have your website where you can work on the project and show me and when its completly done you can upload it on the server
