Interactive Flash Banner Game

We have an urgent requirement to get an interactive flash banner designed, with the following requirements: The banner need to be in a cartoon style and needs to be funny and must tempt the user to click it. If you have seen the adverts such as "stomp the spider" and "shoot the duck" this is a very similar project. The intended banned will carry the tag line "slap the arse and get a Free iPod" you must include this text on the banner. The banner needs to be of a comical woman's "bottom" (possibly wearing a thong, whatever looks best) slightly wiggling, with the text above next to it. The mouse cursor must be an image of a hand (again cartoon style) It must be possible for the user to interact with the banner. The hand should move with the mouse and a "swoosh" sound effect must be played during movement. When the mouse makes contact with the rear end, it will link to our site, and a "slap" sound effect should be played with relavent animation. The rest of the requirements are left to you but note that the quality of the chartoon style images must be of a VERY PROFESSIONAL STANDARD, the banner must be tempting to click, and amusing. WE REQUIRE FOR YOU TO MAKE A SAMPLE BEFORE YOU ARE CHOSEN FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT. Please pm us for details. The best flash banner sample will be chosen to be perfected for the finished banner.
