intro video for videos

Project Description:
Hi I am from a Jewellery Store, we are looking for an intro and over lay to some videos we will be shooting for youtube etc. It will contain our logo (attached). Basically our logo is made up of "HILSERS" text in Arial narrow font or something similiar (i think its called futura)Over the I there is a primary yellow triangle. The secondary text to the logo is "the Jewellers" and "Tralee" (NOTE: we are from europe so the spelling of jewellers is not the american)What we are looking for, for the intro video is our logo in 3d with a camera fly over similar that of the 20th century fox, but with just the logo (no steps, strobe lights etc, Plain black background) maybe with a lens flare as the text straightens to the camera. One the logo is straight on the secondary test woll appear of "the jewellers" and "tralee". The whole intro should be between 3-7secs long.
The overlay will be for the corner of the video, similar to most tv networks. It will be opaque without colour just HILSERS with the triangle, and the triangle will spin slowly every so often (maybe every 10sec for 1 or 2secs)
