Project Description:
I have an existing Flash AS3-based training software that teaches ukulele chords. It is hosted as a streaming online application.
I need to have this completely rebuilt in HTML5 to enable access from Apple mobile devices.
I have all of the assets, the FLA, and can give the resource files needed from the existing property.

IMPORTANT: Please watch videos listed above if you are going to bid! This project is interactive, not just animation, and involves audio and video assets, and must be streamed (not downloaded). This is the current state of the product, it is live with customers. I need to change to HTML5 for upcoming mobile release.
If this can be done affordably, there are other Flash properties we will need converted as well - plus referrals to our network of creators.
