Make a 2d animation film or documentary (4-5min) on the Recycle of money in the United Kingdom or The cycle of Money from the Tax payer point of view.
I can explain in brief if you are interested to work on this.
I would need script, story board, production folder, animatics and all files used in production.
I will need story board, script and the beginning scene within one week.
The final clip in 15days.
