Hi,

I have a series of drawings made by me in Paint (and some of them explained by me) of what I want roughly. I need these turned into professional looking 2D cartoon drawings. This is a simple project. I need about 9 cartoons. It will be easy because it is the same character.

2. text box and cartoon expression is blank mouth and one eyebrow lifted
3. text box and cartoon expression is blank mouth and 2 eyebrows lifted
4. text box and cartoon upset
5. cartoon face happy
6. cartoon face excited
7. same cartoon normal expression with successful businessman cartoon next to him
8. same cartoon as above only this time successful businessman is holding a handful of cash ($)
9. cartoon, happy expression handing symbol in our logo

Please tell me what program you will use in your bid. The most important thing i car about is high quality smooth lines and for it to look drawn well.
