Project Description:
We are looking for someone who can build a video broadcast service module for our existing website. The basic idea is that our bloggers should be able to start broadcasting video from their blogs to their visitors. There should be a "tip" system in place for users to be able to award the bloggers with credits. These credits will be bought and connected via an API system that we build into the existing website. Visitors should be able to start a private room request for credits that the blogger can either accept or deny (some spam filter required as well based on time). A chat function should be in place as well with basic moderation functions for the broadcaster. We would also need information on what type of broadcasting server we need to set up for the service to scale well.
