Project Description:
I need a custom flash player that u can drag a "clip selector" start/stop area across parts of a video.
Example, a 15:00 minute video, a variable i set (30 seconds) of "clip" needs to be selected from this 15 minute video... what i need it to do is have a slider that is exactly (variable [30 seconds]) draggable along the video timeline. The resulting start/stop point in milliseconds needs to be returned to Javascript.

The player's default "play" area needs to be disabled on it, only the timeline and the draggable selector.
