Project Description:
We need a simple Video-chat application for (P2P and multi-chat around 10 people) to participate in a videochat. The app needs to be developed based on HTML5, Google's WebRTC, STUN, and libjingle frameworks. Should have a fallback mechanism for non-HTML5 compatible browsers, like Flash. It should have a javascript api for integration with Web-apps and the videochat should work on iPhone, Android platforms also.
All the server components of the Video-chat app should be installable and hostable in our own server infrastructure. Having prior experience on VOIP, SIP, Protocol stack implementation, Voice and Video compression, encryption algorithms would be an added advantage. My budget is around USD 10000, but can pay more if you have exceptional credentials and could develop a quality product. And I want this project to be started immediately.
