dynamic colouring of object in video in flash (chroma key)

Project Description:

i am looking for a solution to do this in flash:

* have a short video (demo will be shot next week) showing a person in front of a green screen. that person is wearing a piece of clothing (single color, can be defined which color it shoud be - blue, white, whatever). this will look quite similar to this video on youtube, but only the person, no other objects and less movement:

* i'd like to make the green background transparent (doesn't have to be done in flash) and color that piece of clothing dynamically in flash, if possible. so that piece of clothing should get red, blue, black, whatever on user choice.

* even better, if we could use some texture instead of plain color to make it look more realistic.

i don't know if this can be done in flash, but maybe there's a (easy) solution to this?
