Convert Video file to Flash SWF file

Project Description:
I Need to Convert a Video file into a Flash SWF file.

I have a webpage http://www.excitingresources.com/Colour-TEST.html

I want to replace the existing Flash Globe graphic with this new one from this link http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/business/business-travel/2789851-rotating-earth-series.php?id=2789851
The format you can get this graphic in is Quicktime, MP4 or WMV

Which format file would you prefer to make it into a sharp SWF file so I can put it on my webpage ?

I would also want the video/SWF cropped so it is a square slightly bigger than the globe.

I would also need the SWF background, or area around the globe to be transparent so I can see my grid on the webpage.
