Project Description:
Current Information site needs to be converted into membership so users have to register in order to use site.
It will have to be user friendly and membership will be free - just need user and password along with registration page for new and existing users to be able to browse through site. SQL database necessary to keep track of users and also need a password reset feature in case users forget user and password information.
