Create an animated Flash File

Project Description:
We need an animated Flash file creating to replace the animated gif image at the top of this page: http://www.languagekey.com/onlinemagazine.html

The image should have a corporate/business feel to it which provides some movement as well as some moving text. The image should also include a search box, but you do not need to set up the search facility, just include the box.
