I want to create my own Flash Video Center using an open source Flash Video Player and some flash around it.
The Flash Video Player already exists in open source. I just need someone to customize it for my needs.
I want to build around the video player more flash features which I will discuss with the provider.
I need a reliable company or freelance that has the right experience and that wants to continue and improving this product if i need more jobs.
Here attached is the Brief for the features I need in my video center.
